By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years or older. hk311 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts belonging to users under 21 years will be immediately suspended and any funds forfeited.
You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by local laws. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of hk311 services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Each user may create only one account on the hk311 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of funds and bonuses. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. hk311 accepts deposits through authorized Indonesian banking channels including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. hk311 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits from unverified payment sources may be rejected, and accounts involved in suspicious deposit activity may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified Indonesian bank account registered in your name. You may not withdraw funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals from newly verified accounts may require additional processing time for security review. hk311 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the platform. Withdrawal requests may be subject to wagering requirements if active bonuses are in your account. Any bonus funds and associated winnings must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
hk311 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Deposits must be wagered at least one time before withdrawal to prevent the platform from being used as a money transfer service. Suspicious transaction patterns, including but not limited to frequent deposits and withdrawals without significant gameplay, may trigger account review and possible restriction.

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games contribute 10% or less.
Maximum bet limits apply when wagering bonus funds. Typically, the maximum bet per round while an active bonus is in play is Rp 25,000. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may void the bonus and associated winnings. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts terminated and all funds forfeited.
All users must play fairly and in accordance with the rules of each game. The use of bots, automated betting software, collusion with other players, exploitation of software bugs, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited. hk311 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular play patterns. Accounts found violating fair play principles will be suspended and funds forfeited.
All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by actual physical game equipment operated by professional dealers. Game results are final and binding. Disputes regarding game outcomes will be resolved by reviewing game logs and, where applicable, video recordings of live dealer games.
In the rare event of a technical malfunction affecting game results, hk311 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. For sports betting, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the official rules of the respective sport and betting market.
Users must conduct themselves respectfully when interacting with hk311 staff and other users. Harassment, abusive language, discriminatory remarks, threats, or any other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension. hk311 staff have the right to mute, warn, or ban users who violate conduct policies.

All content on the hk311 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and audio-visual materials, is the intellectual property of hk311 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the hk311 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission from hk311.
hk311 provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, though we employ industry-standard security measures to protect user data and transactions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hk311 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the three months preceding the claim.
hk311 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, losses resulting from technical failures or internet connectivity issues beyond our control, or losses resulting from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platforms serving the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of hk311 services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and hk311.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over hk311's registered business address. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
hk311 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

hk311 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraud, bonus abuse, or any other reason that we determine, in our sole discretion, justifies account termination. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to hk311.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance within 30 days. Accounts closed due to responsible gaming self-exclusion will have funds returned according to your chosen self-exclusion terms.
